Hi, my name is Patricia. My love of exercise began more than 20 years ago. After raising my children, I decided to pursue a career in fitness training. ACE certified and First Aid/CPR/AED certified since 2004, I have trained men and women of all fitness levels with special emphasis on women, pre/post menopause and senior fitness. I have trained one-on-one and small groups. I am well versed in all aspects of fitness to provide motivation for a safe, effective and fun workout program.

My training is usually a full body workout on any given day. The workouts begin with a short warm-up, then depending on the clients goals, I love to use functional fitness and exercises using two body movements at a time. Then we cool down and perform stretching exercises at the end of the session. I can also provide nutritional information and recommendations to accompany their fitness program to accelerate their goals.
Along with weight loss, most clients find themselves sleeping better, looking better and just general feeling better about themselves.
