About Me

I enjoy working with clients concerning health and fitness goals. At present I am training females of any age in their home or at their gym. I work with one to four clients at a time. I have worked with teen and college girls and women in boot camp settings. In the past I have taught fitness classes for all ages, both male and female. I had the privilege of beginning and managing a fitness program at my church for ten years until my son went to play college basketball at which time we decided to travel and enjoy watching. I enjoy walking, a little running(very little---ha), hiking, skiing--water and snow, traveling, reading, cooking, playing bridge, and spending time with my family and with friends.
