About Me

I am originally from Boston MA and have been living in TX for about 15 Years. I have been working out and staying healthy for most of my life. I decided that I needed to make a career change and do what I love to do. I obtained a number of certifications and have my own personal training studio. I am passionate about helping others! Prior to going off on my own, I worked for a small father/son gym where I was a manager/sales/customer relations person. I studied under a very accomplished trainer for two years until I obtained my certifications. I feel extremely fortunate to have been able to make this change in my life, watching a individual thrive and achieve goals that I helped them get is well, darn right awesome. I am an extremely prompt person, I follow all leads and value all my clients. I know that I would be a great asset for your company and look forward to corresponding with you. Favorite Client Success Story: I had a woman tell me that all she wanted was to get into a pair of her favorite jeans, the ones that she wore over five years ago, before she had two beautiful children. She also had boarder line high blood pressure and she needed to loose 30-40 lbs. Well her blood pressure became normal she dropped that weight and found that she loved water training and running on a treadmill. And yes the jeans fit!

What to Expect

5-10 minutes light warm up, it either is very general or involves the muscle group that we would be working that day. I really find circuit training to be very successful in weigh loss and toning. It really is going to depend on the needs of the client. Whatever they need I will do my very best to guide them to success. I have a wide variety of equipment; kettle bells, weights, pro- training station, resistance bands and a professional studio gym etc.
