I started training three years ago and fell in love with physical training. My very own transformation amazed me so much that I became inspired to help others to achieve their fitness and health goals through motivating and educating them on how to get fit and stay fit.

What to Expect

Clients can expect to have discussion on what their goals are, short and long term. In addition to recording their age, gender, height, weight, and body composition measurements will be performed. A physical activity readiness questionnaire and fitness assessment will be conducted, and evaluation of clients current practices.

My very own physical fitness journey is what inspired me into the fitness industry. I honestly can say I tried every shortcut and infomercial product known to mankind, I ended up out of a lot money with "No Results". I learned that there are no "shortcuts" and took time to invest into my most precious resource:"myself". I got help, I was taught lifestyle changes, which overall helped me to lose the weight, gain my confidence back physically and mentally. Support and motivation are some of the most important values to help one achieve their fitness goals. My journey started as a quest to get fit, just enough to be more active with my children. It was challenging, but I began to notice not only did I gain energy, but my stress levels went down, and my sinus began to clear up. I was changing not only on the outside, but also on the inside. I became that fun and energetic person I once was.

Physical fitness supports our overall health, the lack of knowledge get the best of us. I stuck with my program, I learned the differences and I applied them to my everyday living. Today, I'm in the best shape I have ever been in my life. I know if I can change anyone can change, which inspired me to pass on what I learned to others so they can do the same.
