I met Panos during a complimentary/intro personal training session offered by my gym at the time. I ended up training with Panos 2-3 times a week for almost a year (until my work schedule took the best of me). At the time, my primary reason for signing up for the personal training session was to get into beach bod shape for my best friend's wedding. I had only 4 months to look my best in my bridesmaid dress. Panos helped me achieve that. Things to note about him; he is a knowledgeable guy about fitness and diet and his advice is spot on. He is also flexible so that if timing and appointments become an issue he always does his best to accommodate. I think one of the things you need in a trainer is someone who encourages you and makes you feel comfortable. This is Panos. Panos is a fantastic personal trainer. I had one hour individual sessions with him three times a week. He always varied what we did so I never got bored and he kept me advancing, using different kinds of weights and exercises. He tailored what we did to my individual needs, including starting slow when I first came to him with an injured shoulder. He was always punctual and went beyond the call with advice and suggestions. I feel this made workouts more entertaining and more effective. He gave a lot of details of how I should make diet plans which is always helpful. He is also an easy-going guy. I could not have asked for a better experience with Panos. He really made sure I got the most out of each work out session and he was a constant motivator to helping me reach my potential each and every time. He worked extremely hard to help me reach my fitness goals. There were times I maybe didn't want to workout, times I wasn't sure I was gonna be able to do what he was asking but somehow I always managed to reach new and higher goals. I ended up being in the best shape I had ever been in and really for the first time I actually enjoyed working out. He was an awesome trainer and I would highly recommend him to others .
