(Hablo espanol) I've been training one on one and group boot camp training for the past 8years. I began back at LA Fitness in 2010. It was a good stepping stone for me to start practicing on what I learned at National Fitness of Personal Trainers. I'm certified through NFPT since 2009, specializing in weight loss to weight gain. I live, eat and breath training and staying active. I grew up playing in competitive leagues, in all sports; from swimming, and playing in Texas Premier(soccer). I fell in love with weight lifting through playing football and being in pre season camp.

On our first meeting all I do is find out as much as possible about the client. I go over how much they eat, work, sleep, etc. From there we go over goals and training methods to get to your specific goals. Your body, your goals.
Sherita M; we started back in Jun 2013 at 205 with 42% BF. Now shes at 154lbs w/ 18% body fat. She will be competing in a figure competition in February of 2015. Mike C; we started at 458 Lbs back in Aug 2013. Now we're at 348. Mike Corey, experienced a bad trainer in 2010. So he was skeptical to see if I could even help him out. With positive encouragement and relentless work, he has put his full trust in my hands and since we started he's grown tremendously understanding the protocols to working out. Their is a science behind training so I'm very big on not just putting my clients through workouts but having them actually learn how to work out. And understand why to do 15 reps to compared to 6 reps etc. A plan without a science base will only show poor results.

A lot of energy during sessions. I came in having not trained in quite some time and saw some results fairly quickly within the first few weeks of training.
Pablo has shown me some really good routines and I have lost inches. I would highly recommend Pablo. He pushes you but in a nice way, so you feel like doing more reps, you're not forced to.
