About Me

Hi, my name is Omar. I'm a 29-year-old personal trainer. My mission is to help my clients achieve their goals quickly and to help them maintain their goals. I strongly believe anyone can reach their desired physical and mental goals with hard work. I lead by example by holding my self to the same standards I require from my clients.

What to Expect

A client will always leave knowing that maximum effort has been put in by both parties. A typical session will consist of a warm up, main exercise targeted for weight loss, strength training, and endurance training. That is followed by a cool down and stretching.
