Hi, my name is Olivia! I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through WITS (World Instructor Training Schools). I have been training since 2017. Most of my background is in strength training. I’m originally from Michigan and currently reside in Indiana with my husband, our dogs and cat. Before I started training I used to teach preschool ages 2-4 years. I greatly enjoy being able to help my clients accomplish their goals which is why I decided to start my own training business called Zero Excuses Training. I provide virtual and personal training, and group instruction. If you need a push in your workouts or just don't know where to begin , I'm the trainer you're looking for. I can be your accountability partner and make sure you get into the gym. You will be sore the next day from working out with me, but I promise the soreness will not last forever. I'll listen to your wants and needs, and make sure I'm creating a workout that helps you accomplish those things. I'll push you in areas you struggle with and provide praise with every accomplishment.
Since I have been training I have helped many clients overcome their fear of exercising in a gym, but more specifically lifting weights. Many women I have found want to do excessive amounts of cardio and not lift for fear of becoming big and bulky like men. However, this belief is not true; women who lift weights are able to enhance their natural curves and contour their body to how they would like it to look. I have had the privilege of working with clients who have lost a tremendous amount of weight and others who haven't yet reached their goals, but have finally stuck with an exercise routine to help them start seeing the results they want. Specifically, I have had a male client gain an inch of muscle within the last month of training. This said client also has diabetes and thanks to working out he has been able to better his health requiring less insulin. One of my female clients has lost 10 pounds over the last 4 months and as a result has greatly helped her diminish the pain of her Neuropathy (weakness, numbness and pain from nerve damage typically in the hands and feet).
