Hi, my name is Olivia. I got introduced to fitness through a friend about 7 yrs ago. I trained in bodybuilding for 4 yrs. I then switched to crossfire for about 1 year until I moved states and no longer could afford crossfit. I then switched over to weightlifting to improve the Olympic lifts (snatch, clean, jerk). I am now involved with personal training and absolutely love it. I still train 5-6 days a week and might go back to school for further knowledge in the fitness field.

They can expect a stretch session and warmup followed by 60 min of exercise to follow. strength train is my strong suite and love helping those build necessary strength for certain sports or just daily life.
I had one client come to me and say she has lost the most calories in my fitness class more then any other class thats taught at that particular gym.
