About Me

I have been a group fitness instructor for more than 12 years employed at various private gyms in NC and TX, as well as 24 Hour Fitness and Lifetime Fitness continuously for the past eight years in Houston. I come from a professional cross-country skiing background in Russia, and I love everything health and fitness related. I hold a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer certificate along with multiple others (AFAA Group Exercise, Kickboxing, Pilates; BOSU 3 D Extreme, Bender Barre, Barbell Strength, Silver&Fit, Jillian Michael's BODYSHRED). Helping people get healthy and happy in life is my biggest motivation in pursuing further knowledge in this field.

Olga is amazing! I definitely feel overall improvements. My clothes feel loose after 3 weeks! I recommend her to anyone who wants to strengthen their core and shed fat.

I have been taking Olga's class for years.I never want to miss her class because its my favorite. She switches it up and always makes it different and new. Not to mention challenging. I love how she shows us how to do the moves correctly and then describes the correct way to it during the exercise. She also always reminds us to breathe. I also like how she shows us some alternatives for those who have injuries. She caters to all. She is very personable, friendly and an incredible inspiration. She walks the walk and her talk is worth a bunch of pounds. Olga, by far, is the most inspiring instructor I have ever met. There are several of us that would love video of her to follow when she is not here. Her enthusiasm, inspiration and drive to help us has been amazing. She was so excited to show our classes.

I have known Olga for a long time as an instructor, and as a friend. Although my experience with Olga has been in a group fitness setting I am very eager to work with her 1 on 1. She is very positive, energetic and motivating. She cues the class so that even if you are a newcomer you can get the maximum benefit from the class. Olga knew I had hurt my back so during class she would also offer suggestions for those who had lower back problems. WOW! Who else does that!? I never really “looked forward” to working out like some people, but Olga makes class fun. Her energy level is amazing! She works out with us, cues us, jokes with us, and stays focused all at the same time. Since Olga has such a warm, friendly and caring personality everyone gravitates to her and we quickly became “friends” as well as students! I honestly believe Olga cares about her students on a personal level. See for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

I have exercised with Olga two times and she was always immaculately prepared and very well informed concerning workouts. During the workouts Olga recommended me a set of exercises which allowed me to focus on specifically my "problem zones"-abs & shoulders. She is very friendly, and smart trainer. She is also a great motivator and knows how to make you feel enthusiastic about your exercise! Not only did she explain to me how my body should work, but she also gave me a clear idea of what will be the after effect of the exercise. That was great because I got a better understanding of what an effective workout should be! She is a very knowledgeable coach. I wish I had more time with her, but I live rather far away from her location. I also attended one of her group (Pilates) classes. I was amazed at her skills and how popular she was. The class was packed!

I would highly recommend Olga. She is an awesome instructor, one of the best out there. She is very knowledgeable about fitness. I love the diversity she offers. Some instructors use the same exercises again and again, that makes it boring and makes you wonder why you would keep going. Olga is different because she is so creative! You always get something new and interesting. You will not get bored. I also like that she focuses on breathing during exercises. It brings a meditative effect to the training session. In addition, she is so positive and energetic that you look forward to the next training session even more.

I have been participating in Olga's group fitness endurance strength training class in lifetime for over a year. I have really enjoyed working out with her. She is very organized and brings in lots of energy every time she steps in the class. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to working out different muscle groups effectively. I have seen a big improvement in my overall fitness just by attending her class every week. I recommend her as a 1-on-1 personal trainer as well as for group fitness classes.
