I've been training for three years now and for It’s about more than just weight training, it’s about changing lives and encouraging growth .My love for helping people grow and my love for fitness turned into a career where I could spend my days helping people reach their fitness goals. My belief that it all starts with a mindset caused me to integrate mindset coaching into all training programs.This allows people to not only grow physically but also internally which translates well beyond the gym setting.

We warm up and go over the previous weeks goals, what was easy or may have been a struggle, and how the nutrition went for the week. Then we begin our session paying attention and do our scheduled workout base on what your program is designed for. Each program is personalized for each client based on their individual goal. We end the session with stretching and going over the goals and workout homework for the time in between our next session. All sessions involve coaching not only for the body, but also the mentality in which we approach our health and fitness.
Charles came to me in need of a serious life change. His health was on a decline, and after a stroke his doctor informed him if he didnt switch something soon it was only going to get worse. Together me and Charles sat down and put together a workout and nutrition plan that would not only work to get him healthy, but work to be a lifestyle instead of a temporary fad. After 10 weeks Charles was down 28 pounds and 10 percent body fat.
