Hi, my name is Nicole. I was a competitive swimmer growing up, and as an adult developed a love for being active outdoors. I try to do as much hiking and rock climbing as possible, and have recently started whitewater kayaking, in addition to taking my dog for walks and the occasional run. For me, staying fit is what allows me to do the fun active things that I love! I believe that working out can be for people at any level. Everyone was a beginner at some point and nobody should have to feel intimidated by exercise. I love to work with people to feel confident in their workouts, to develop an effective workout program that can make them feel accomplished, and to celebrate the progress made along the way!

Online training available!! I'll create a custom workout program, specific to your goals and abilities, to help you make the progress you want. A typical session will consist of a warm up, an appropriately challenging workout that will be progressed at the right pace for you, and a cool down including stretching.
One of my favorite clients to work with is someone who had never thought he'd be the type of person to actually enjoy working out. He started up with me a few months before his wedding to get more in shape for his big day. As we did more and more sessions and he started seeing progress, he learned a lot about exercising and learned to actually enjoy it and look forward to his workouts! He made great progress for his wedding, and has still continued with me after the wedding was over to keep seeing even more progress and continue enjoying his workouts!
