Hi! I have a dynamic background working with clients of all ages, skill levels, and goals. My love of health and fitness started young and I have continued on this path throughout my life. I understand how difficult it may be to start a new program, to get over the hump to continue to progress, or to return to activity after a surgery or injury. Health and fitness is not just an hour here and there, it is a lifestyle. I have many tools in my box of knowledge gained from experiences and education to support others journeys to achieve their goals. Degrees that I have worked hard to achieve are a bachelors degree in exercise science and a masters degree in athletic training, my certification as an athletic trainer, as well as a certified yoga instructor. I have practiced a variety of sports and movement practices throughout my life, helped others to achieve sports performance, and guided groups and individuals in their paths to reach their goals. At this moment I work with group fitness classes at a couple of gyms, injury prevention with a physical therapy clinic, and private personal training in the Denver area. Whatever it is you are looking for on this journey, I can support or point you in the right direction. I hope to learn more about you!
EveryBODY is different and everyone has unique goals, therefore I tailor each session to your goals. We all deserve to feel good in our bodies! The first session will be a get to know each other and I will listen to your needs so that we can have the most effective approach. Each session afterwards will be 60 minutes consisting of a warm up, exercises of the day, and flexibility training. Depending on the location and goals of the session we will utilize different tools and movement patterns to address your specific goals.
Recently I have been working with a client who wants to get better at inversions (going upside down) after 5 sessions she held a forearm stand for 5 seconds! At the first session she was afraid to go upside down and now we are getting closer and closer to holding a handstand!
