Hi! My name is Nick. I began my fitness and wellness journey when I was 9, and it certainly was not an easy one. I was obese for as long as I can remember and my family's solution to that was to simply buy exercise equipment, put it in the basement, and tell me to use it. How could a child know what to do; if they did not have any role models to follow that lived a healthy lifestyle? This is what pushed me to begin teaching people about taking care of themselves. Our bodies are not well suited to the modern lifestyles we carry on with today. Our bodies were not designed to sit and type, to sit and drive, to sit and scroll on our phones. With this knowledge, I developed exercise regimens to propel myself out of obesity and into a more healthy lifestyle. I want to help others on their journey, so they can achieve what they want in the most time-efficient way possible and never look back.

Exercise and nutrition should not be seen as diets. They are lifestyle changes. No different than choosing a career path or committing to a relationship. Choosing to be healthy, is choosing to love and take care of yourself, and that is by far the most important relationship imaginable.
I trained one of my first few clients at the crack of dawn every 3 days. They never realized or noticed the strength and stamina they gained because of how slow and steady the climb was. By the end of our first month together, they finally were able to achieve a full pushup (no knees on the ground). It wasn't until after the session ended I pointed out that they did 8 reps of pushups that session. I'll honestly never forget that look of happiness and pride for as long as I live.
