What to Expect

Everyone's goals and fitness levels are unique. There is no such thing as a"one size fits all" training program. For that reason, during our initial constation we will discuss your goals and eating habits and measure your body composition. We will take circumference measurements and body fat %, and BMI. This information, I can perfectly dial in your exact macronutrient profile for a winning meal plan.

No matter weather your goal is to reduce body fat, or gain mucle, resitance training is essential. I will customize a program based on your individual goals and fitness level. There is a time and a place for machines, however, you get much more bang for your buck doing compound muscle movements. We have a large facility with lots of "toys" for functional resistance training. The workouts are challenging and fun.

I have helped many people achieve their fitness goals. Many people want to lose weight or gain some muscle. The most rewarding experience for me was when I was able to assist a client in lowering his blood pressure to the point where he no longer needed medication. This particular client was experiencing several negative side effects from the medication and it was affecting his quality of life. He's healthy now and continuing along his fitness journey. This was nearly 10 yrs ago and we are friends to this day.
