About Me

Hi, my name is Nick. I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

I have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. In that time I have worked as a personal trainer, coach, business owner, educator, and in leadership with successful gyms. I have had the opportunity to learn under top Strength and Conditioning coaches. I have also earned some alphabet soup next to may name.

What to Expect

The first time I meet with you I screen your mobility and find out your physical readiness. Then it’s all about listening to you and finding out what you want from the training. From there I follow three rules:

1: Do no harm
2: Prevent Future Injury
3: Get You To Your Goals
