I believe fitness can be a positive influence in everyone's life, but why most people stop is the underlying reasons for their choices. I've trained in weightlifting, boxing, MMA, and even trained with Navy Seals for a week in Florida. It was a lot of grueling work, but I got to the core of my fitness mindset. Through my experiences, I began to understand my relationship with fitness and diet and why I struggled to keep off weight and get into the gym. My approach has much to do about changing mindset as it does with implementing workouts and nutrition plans.

Nick is very thorough and determined. He has a very strong understanding of human anatomy. As well as implementing proper diets and nutrition to maximize body change. His workouts always leave me drenched and very satisfied with my progress. He is also very friendly and personable but is willing to push you to get the most out of you.
Nick is very committed to health and firness and passes that on to his clients. He asks what exercise you like and don't like, a d then structures your workouts accordingly. He goes out of his way to meet his client's schedule a d even offers home workouts. He offers excellent advice, feedback and encouragement. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their fitness.
