Nick was without a doubt the best trainer I’ve ever worked with.
I always found the gym to be an intimidating place, never being certain I was getting the most out of my workouts. I always saw Nick in the gym and often tried to emulate what I saw him doing.
One day he came by and corrected a move I was doing wrong. I was surprised by how open and easy to talk to he was. I decided to book some sessions with him and I’m so glad I did. Nick elevated my workouts and I saw immediate changes in my strength and size. He taught me to be proud of when I pushed my muscles to failure, instead of being embarrassed by it.
He’s supportive, encouraging and engaged in every session. He takes the time to truly get to know you, to the point where it starts to feel like you’re just working out with a friend.

I’ve always been somewhat active but the demands of daily life put my fitness on the back burner. So I invested in myself. I’ve been training with Nick for about two years. We meet 2x per week for one hour. I’ve steadily and gradually made significant progress in terms of strength and fitness. I’m actually stunned at how much strength I’ve gained, plus I am much leaner and feel younger. Nick has been a steady presence, making sure I’m challenged by each workout, but always attentive to every aspect of the workout. I like how he mixes up different types of workouts, and keeps it fresh for me.
