My name is Nick Hoerrmann, owner of Mind, Body & Spirit Fitness. I have been servicing the local Austin area now for 1.5 years and have helped 40+ on people reach their fitness goals through boot camps and one on one training. What to Expect

When working with my clients I use the following format:
5 warm up
45 min following your personalized fitness program
10 min Q&A, Nutritional Advice, Stretch/Cool Down & Post-Exercise instructions
