Hello, my name is Nick and to be honest, I hate the term personal trainer. I'm not some guy who is going to teach you how to dance around with a kettlebell or make you do silly "core" exercises until you feel like puking. To be perfectly honest, I'm really a strength coach. Why? Because strength is the basis by which all human movement is performed. Building strength is the key to looking and feeling better. And the best part is that it's a simple process. With the right person guiding you (me) you'll learn the basics of proper exercise programming, and as a result, you'll have the power to change your life forever. So, if you're ready to cut out all the bullshit and make incredible changes to your body in the shortest amount of time possible, I'm the trainer for you. If you want to mess around with silly "functional exercises", move along.

What to Expect

Hard work using proven basic exercises. My training programs look easy on paper but once you become more advanced, you're going to find out what you're really made of.

Client Success Story

Sam B. - When Sam started training with me he had no idea what to do. He thought that doing endless hours of cardio on a treadmill was the key to getting the body of his dreams when in reality, it was doing nothing but making him fatter and weaker. Fast forward 9 months later and Sam has completely transformed his physique. He recently hit a PR on the squat at 255 pounds for 5 reps and a bench press of 185 pounds for 2 reps. This is amazing considering the fact that we started training both exercises with an EMPTY barbell not too long ago. Gabrielle W. - Gabrielle was a former high school track star who was involved in a car accident that left her with a slipped disc in her back and chronic low back pain. For years, no amount of physical therapy or medical procedures helped her make any meaningful progress. Frustrated beyond belief and sick of getting the runaround, Gabby decided to seek out the services of a personal trainer in a last ditch effort to better her quality of life. Gabby has been training with me for the past year and has made amazing progress. When we first started our training sessions, she could barely walk without feeling immense pain in her lower back. However, since we've been training, her back pain has greatly subsided. In fact, Gabby has now gotten to a point where she is performing barbell squats on a regular basis. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the fact that she is ripped with abs and bench presses 35-pound dumbbells with ease while weighing in at only 110 pounds. Pound for pound she is one of my strongest and best clients ever! Warren H. - Warren was a former division 1 track and football athlete who suffered a traumatic knee injury in a car accident. Unfortunately, his injury required extensive knee surgery which led to a long period of recovery. When Warren and I first started training, he was barely able to bend his right knee. Just six months later, he has dropped significant amounts of body fat, gained muscle mass, and was able to squat 230 pounds for 5 sets of 5 reps on 1/30/2019 for the first time in 3 years. Warren continues to train with me today and his strength and aesthetics continue to improve week after week.
