Starting with a 5-10 minute warm up then proceed to 50-55 minutes of a combination of weight lifting and body weight training.

You need this guy. Nick is the epitome of personal trainers.

I worked with Nick for about a month. The sessions consisted of pre and post stretching, 3 sets of short HIIT exercises, and an informative diet recommendation. My goal was put my mind and body on the right track towards strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular improvement. He definitely helped me reach that goal.

Through his instruction and encouragement, he knows how to exhaust all the energy out of his clients. His positivity is contagious and will push you through each exercise. He tests your limits all while making you feel completely comfortable if it is too much for you. Challenging but empathetic dude.

Can't recommend him enough. We need more trainers like Nick. Keep up the good work bro!

I had the opportunity to work with Nick as my instructor for three months, three times per week. My goals were to improve my weight and fitness levels. Nick's approach brought me along gradually with weights, iso-metrics and better eating. He introduced me to MYFITNESSPAL and that helped me control my caloric intake. Combining these two efforts helped me lose around 20 to 25 pounds. I have not felt this level of fitness since my high school/college days.

Nick's outlook and demeanor were key to my success. He was a constant, positive influence and understood and communicated the relationship of exercise on muscle groups as well as the influence of other factors on a person's general well-being. You could easily mistake him for a physician’s assistant...his knowledge was that deep. His fees were worth every penny...it's the best money I've spent for myself!

Finally, the hour long sessions went by quickly. He was efficient in the workout designs and varied the exercises to keep your interest. Since leaving the formal workout sessions, I have continued my 3x week sessions on my own with the occasional fist-bump from Nick at the gym!

Nick can help you to not only achieve your fitness goals, but make a long term commitment to them!

Nick is a great trainer who motivates you to accomplish whatever goals you are trying to achieve. Whether it is gaining, maintaining, or losing weight, Nick works with you to develop a program that best works for you and your schedule. He is the perfect balance of knowing when to push you harder and also when to be more hands off. His nutrition goals are realistic and he works with you out of the gym to ensure that you are meeting these nutritional goals. It was and is a pleasure to know Nick and work with him as a trainee. I highly recommend him as he is always respectful and always motivates you to be a better version of yourself!
