I design the exercise to the clients specific need. I always train muscles evenly. Legs are just as important as core and upper body. I tend to train in the gym but love showing workout sessions outside or at home
I have had some good stories of success over the past few years but the best one is my good friend Travis. Travis works at a desk job and would only get his physical exercise once a week playing basketball. Travis is 6"5 and was roughly at 315 lbs. I made a plan to get Travis moving and eating better immediately after he asked me.
