Hi, my name is Nicholas. Too often I see trainers built on social media platforms with no formal education or experience. I truly believe that what I practice is a form of preventative medicine and practice as such. I'm also an educator, I encourage growth both physically and mentally. I want all my clients to be able to learn all processes of what we are doing. In this manner I can reduce stress with knowledge, increase my rate of success with clients and the client retains the information and can use it well after I have stopped working with them.

Expect to learn. I always encourage clients to ask as many question as possible. The more you know, the more you retain and keep for yourself to use even after we stop working with each other.
I had a client go from over 400 pounds to a stage weight of 211. It was his goal, it took us about two years to get there, but constancy was key, and still to this day he has retained all his goals within his own personal fitness journey.

Me and Nick have trained together for over 5 years and have found him to be very knowledgeable and committed to his clients, seeing how I have been with Nick for over 5 years should say something in itself.
High recommend
Nick has been such a great trainer. He knows when to push me and when I'm at my max. He's so positive and fun which is what you need when you're working out. He's so knowledgeable about the things that will work for your body, food intake, supplements, and the exercises. I couldn't ask for a better trainer!
Nick completely flipped my metabolism around. The level of conditioning I experienced was incredible. I've learned more from him than I ever thought a coach was willing to teach.
