Hi, my name is Nicholas. A long time lifter I have played many sports and understand how to build muscle quickly and effectively. I know plenty about weight loss from my experience as a wrestler, as well as how to diet effectively to gain the results you are after. Whether your looking to be conditioned, build muscle, or need coaching and a solid routine to get stronger I'm your guy.
Depending on what the client is training for will determine the workout, for example if you a runner we won't lift and focus more on cardio and vice versa if someone is training to build muscle. My wrestling workouts will teach you how to effectively grapple and defend yourself while building strength and conditioning.
Many people that have worked out with me have seen many results. My very own girlfriend has lost over 100 lbs in 6 months following my advice and training principles. My success in helping her and others achieve a healthy body has made me want to follow my passion for fitness and help others with their training.
