Hi, my name is Nick! I'm a Certified Personal Trainer in Sacramento. My love for health and fitness started in my 30's. I fell in love with fitness when I found it as a coping mechanism for my mental health. The physical aspects were a bonus to the mental health benefits, and I truly got the fitness bug. During the pandemic, I decided to leave my government desk job, and pursue personal training as my career. I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. Over the past few years, I’ve had the pleasure to work as a personal trainer in the Sacramento area. I love meeting new people and forming friendships with all my clients. Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I have trained people of all different ages, backgrounds, and lifestyles. Everybody is welcome in my space, and I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs.
