Hi, my name is Nicholas. I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Schwinn Certified Cycling Instructor. I specialize in strength training, weight loss, functional mobility, and core stability strength. I really emphasize on making my workouts fun, effective, and injury free. If you don’t enjoy doing it, aren’t seeing results, and feel like the training is taking a toll on your body, then you aren’t doing it right. As of right now, I am also studying at Georgia State University to become a physical therapist.

You should expect to feel stronger coming out of one of my classes than you did coming in. A big focus of mine is use corrective training to address any muscle imbalances that are causing any joint or spinal pain, while at the same time implementing a strength training program to strengthen all the areas that are weak and not allowing you to move with the strength you desire. This is all combined with any goals that you want me to train you for.
One of my clients from this past summer has been training to be a Olympic runner in a performance program located in Atlanta. Problem was, from the amount of running he was doing, he had limited mobility and strength in his foot and ankle joint that was causing a ton of pain and limiting his ability to run long distance. He came to me to increase his flexibility and strength and as a result he feels less pain during training, greater power when he is running, and feels a greater freedom when he is moving.
