I have always been so amazed by the way exercise can change the human body. As a perpetually skinny kid, adding weight and building muscle seemed to be impossible. Two years ago I decided to really get serious about my training, and my body changed dramatically! My personal journey and transformation made me want to learn as much as I could about the body, the way it works, and the optimal way to train for an idealized physique.
We will go through a custom circuit: I like to train quickly and efficiently, working either specific muscles (with weights), or targeting the whole body. There will also be an ab routine, and 5-10 minutes of stretching.
