Hi, my name is Nathaniel. Fitness is truly my passion and I am beyond excited that I have the chance to make this my career. I started working out seriously about 3 years, I haven't looked back since. I began my fitness journey because I was tired of being skinny. At the start of 2016 I was approximately 145-150lbs, I am currently 200lbs. I have worked very hard but I am not done, still have a lot I want to accomplish. I am new to being a personal training but I have gained a lot of knowledge and have had a lot of great mentors who have prepared me for this day, training people. I am always eager to learn and I make it my mission to learn something new everyday. I will truly be dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness goals, this is what I love to do so I promise I will always put my all into every single session.

What to Expect

A client can expect to get one step closer to their goals. Every single client is different, so every single session will be different. I will have workouts tailored to each client based on current physical health, client's goals, and client's fitness level. I can guarantee that each training session will be taken seriously, I will put all my effort into each session, I expect each client to give me the same effort.

Client Success Story

I began my fitness journey because I was tired of being skinny. Majority of my life I was a skinny guy. Never weighing over 160lbs. I was a heavy smoker and ate very bad. I was standing outside smoking one day, at that moment I instantly lost my breathe as if I just ran a marathon. From that day, which was in 2016 around December, I dedicated myself to living healthier. A lot of hard has been put in but I am now at 200lbs at in the low teens with body fat. I use my success because I believe it is important for a client to know the story of their trainer, to know that their trainer understands what it takes to get the desired results because the trainer themselves had to work hard. To understand that I have not always been in the best shape, everyone starts somewhere.
