What to Expect

During a training session there will be a workout geared to meet the needs of the client. Throughout the workout we will continue to focus on form and intensity. Also a look at the diet.

During a training session I will explain your diet and why it should be a certain way. As well as explaining why certain workouts and warm-ups are done. At the end of the session we will wrap up with a quick Q&A where I will do my best to answer any questions that you may have.

I was prior military, medically discharged. A few years later when I was in the area of my old unit I wanted to go in and see some of my old friends but was too embarrassed of my body and the shape I was in. Just a few days later I met Nathaniel in a parking lot talking about cars. He helped me lose nearly 50lbs! He was very helpful and kind but gave me the push that I needed.
