Man I have seen this dude grow, every dream or goals he ever had. He accomplished. I know Nathan for over 20+years. We practically grew up together. Over the Years i worked out with Nathan when he first started liking taekwondo at Kims Karate thats when i knew. He he was going to be a great instructor. Why its because he never gave up and even when I felt like giving up he was right there helping me improve my confidence.. Regardless of taekwondo but his advice helped me through life. I never will forget. I put his advices in every day life.

Not only is Nathan knowledgeable about Taekwondo (placing third in the nation at AAU TAEKWONDO Nationals), he is experienced in the human body's phyiscal limits. He is a helpful and informed instructor in both Tae Kwon Do, and kickboxing, knowledgeable about fitness and weight loss. Answers questions when I ask I highly recommend him if you are looking for a different paced workout or need a personalized fitness plan. Flexible hours also helps with work schedule.

Training sessions with Nathan are always fun! He will challenge you to your limits which shows that he cares about your progression. I also like how he is willing to customize each workout to the client's needs. I've been doing an average of one to two training sessions a week with Nathan and I've lost about 8 pounds in a month (in addition to going to the gym 3-4 times a week along with Nathan's weekly hour long sessions.) I would definitely recommend asking him for his professional advice and seeking him as your personal trainer!
