Hey fitness family, my name is Nathan. I am a former collegiate athlete from Abilene Christian University where I majored in kinesiology and nutrition. I enjoy sharing and providing fitness to all who are serious about making a change. Come train with an athlete!

What to Expect

Sessions include a dynamic warm up, cardiovascular fitness, lower/upper body strength training, and core/plyos. The goal is to keep moving and push yourself mentally. A strong mind can break a strong body.
