As her passion for sports and physiology grew, Nathalie spent many years working alongside athletic trainers, her coaching staff, physical therapists, and pursued a degree in Exercise Science. The NY native loves the hustle and bustle of the city, but also knows she can coach anyone to vitality. Nathalie believes the human body is an incredible gift and wants everyone to make the most of this opportunity. With Nathalie's education and training experience, she has worked with celebrities, post injury clients, young kids, pre/post natal women, special populations, body builders, elderly, athletes, and anything in between. What to Expect

In a typical session with Nathalie, she will first and foremost take the time to understand you, your fitness/nutritional goals, current movement patterns, and previous experience with fitness and health. Her ability to teach and not simply count reps has gotten her clients beyond their goals. Nathalie is funny, intelligent, and has a true passion for training. Nathalie's sessions are sure to be just challenging enough but a whole lot of fun!

I wanted to play Division 1 soccer for my dream school. I’ve played soccer since I was five years old and have traveled through the states in some very important tournament and showcases. My current high school is also known for having a great Girls’ Varsity program.
