Hi, my name is Natasha and I'm a mother of 4. 7x figure competitor and will go pro this year 2022. I understands how to motivate and mentor others to personal growth. My belief is when the mind is motivated then the heart will heal and your body will transform. I have been competing as a bikini/figure fitness competitor for over 10 years now but have over 20 years of training experience. Being 48 years young and a mother of 4 I certainly understand the challenges we face in starting and staying consistent. We work hard however at a pace that will allow you to successfully complete the goal in that hour. We focus on form, breath and we put in the work. The goal is to change so that’s what we will focus on doing. I’m militant in my style of training so I will push your limit.
