Born and raised in San Angelo, TX. Nancy Garcia started martial arts at the age of 7 years old, competing in Taekwondo tournaments along with her brother and sister. At the age of 15, her family opened up their own martial arts school during which she began competing in kickboxing and later teaching a women's fitness class while she went to college. Nancy grew a strong desire to help empower women to feel strong, confident, and positive about their abilities in the gym. She designed exercise programs geared towards weight loss by performing kickboxing drills and calisthenics exercises. After graduating college, she moved to Austin, TX where she found her new love of boxing. In February 2018, she won the Central Texas Golden Gloves tournament. After her win, she made it her mission to become the best boxer she can possibly be, aiming to compete as a professional.

I always like to ask my clients how they feel and if they may be experiencing any kind of soreness before we get started. Each session is programmed to my clients needs and will be updated each time the client progresses. They should expect me to coach them through challenging workouts to help further their fitness goals.
Before I moved to Austin, TX I taught a womens fitness class. Several women lost body fat, gained flexibility, toned up, learned self defense, and increase their cardiovascular system. Two of my clients lost up to 100 pounds in 1 year! Two other students became group fitness instructors after taking my class for a few years.
