I'm the vagabond. I moved to Austin without a job lined up, a place to sleep, or a single friend living in the city. All I knew was that I wanted to help people with their health and fitness, and so upon arrival that’s what I set out to do. I slept in my car for weeks at a time with only one thought in my head: “Hustle, Nader.” I have been involved in athletics my entire life, ranging from sofa-to-sofa parkour at age 5, to soccer, powerlifting and bodybuilding. It wasn’t until 2012 that I was finally introduced to Crossfit . At the time, I was pursuing a career as a broadcast journalist while working alongside my father in the commercial real estate realm. Unfortunately, I wasn’t content with where I was at in life. I was also coaching two early morning Crossfit classes for fun and found more satisfaction in those two hours than I did all day. That’s when it all clicked. That’s when I realized my calling. Since moving to Austin, I have taken a role at Crossfit Central coaching indoor Co-Ed classes, Relentless Bootcamps, group sessions, and general personal training clients. I. Love. It.
American Counsil on Exercise
A client can expect to have fun first and foremost! They can also expect to get results based on their goals. I'm an advocate for strength training for long term health and then a shorter metabolic conditioning program to keep the athlete's cardio and endurance on track. Short, sweet, and no wasted movements.
