Myron has been my personal trainer since last year November. it’s been one of the best decisions I've made especially entering into the new year. I needed constant motivation and pushing and he was just that for me. But it didn’t stop with the workouts—Myron even gave me customized dietary tips to accommodate my religious practices and to accelerate my results. He will push you to your limit, and gradually build you to a new limit you didn’t know you were capable of reaching. He has taught me to enjoy cardio which has been one of my greatest struggles forever. I still have ways to go but I’m loving what i see and how I feel so far. Training with Mr. Brown was iffy to me at first, but he pushed me and encouraged/catered to whatever needs I required to reach my goals. If I didn't have a technique down or got frustrated, Mr. Brown slowed it down and eventually as a team I felt more accomplished perfecting my technique and not rushing to reach my highest potential. Its only been 3 weeks and I've already begun my transformation! I am always pleased at the end of our workouts, knowing my money is being properly invested.

I consulted with Mr. Brown, and was a bit skeptical at first since he is a newer trainer. I told him my body goals, and what I wanted to accomplish, and he assured me that I would see the results that I was looking for in 2 months. I figured a 2 month investment was worth it in order to see if this could really be accomplished, and it surely has! Mr. Brown works with you not only with workouts, but also with diet/meal plans in order to ensure a faster, smoother process. I don't think I could've done this without his constant motivation and checking in to make sure that I was happy with the progress we were making. He definitely takes his time to make things right, and can cater workouts to your intensity level/ physical limitations/ and will overall just change things up if you're not happy. So happy and pleased to have met Mr. Brown!! Thank you!!

Mr.Brown’s workouts are very helpful and beneficial! Within the first month and a half I was able to see a difference in how much energy I had through the day, and my self awareness of eating healthier foods. He was able to give me different ideas of what meals to eat throughout the week and when working out he was patient and didn’t overwork me. Overall he is a very professional trainer and I recommend him!
