Hi, my name is Muhaimin. I offer 1-on-1 and small group training in Muay Thai, boxing and Tae Kwon Do for fitness, competition and self defense. I've studied martial arts for over 20 years and been a coach for 10 years. I've trained NYPD, FDNY, military, corrections officers, competitive fighters and bodybuilders. I have a gym in my home in Bay Ridge and I travel to clients homes as well. I also help people with strength training, conditioning, weight loss and toning. I've worked with all kinds of people with a wide range of experience, ability and goals.
A typical training session will not be typical. I train everyone different according to their needs, goals and specifications. I do my best to do what is best for the individual at that time. A client can expect to be productive and advance toward their goals in a safe and strategic manner.
I have helped many people lose weight and improve body composition. I've trained a body builder who competed twice and placed 4th and 2nd. I've trained officers, fighters and civilians who've used those techniques in competition and real life self-defense scenarios and fortunately, came out of them safely. I've also helped people with injuries and restrictions improve their health and mobility.
