My training sessions usually include an hour of training. Within that hour we will work on reaching the goals we set out to attain. Workouts will begin with a tailored warmup, have a main workout, and end with a cool down/stretching.
Clients at my previous gym job (an all-women's gym) lost over 80 pounds, felt healthier, and grew in confidence inside and outside the gym!
