My background is in Health Education/Public health originally. I love working with clients to attain their goals whether it be weight loss, toning, or better health.

What to Expect

My training sessions usually include an hour of training. Within that hour we will work on reaching the goals we set out to attain. Workouts will begin with a tailored warmup, have a main workout, and end with a cool down/stretching.
