Typical training session with a client usually I tell him or her what muscles we are working on today explain if necessary the reasoning why we are doing a certain exercise and what muscle we are targeting and by the end of the session I will hand him or her a program, so the client will be able to work by him or herself on the days I won’t see them , and every month will do a re assement to assure the client is making progress and to write a new program or achieve a different health/ fitness goal.
I’ve worked with a client who was demotivated due to her weight and I was able to help her lose 30 pounds in 3 month, boost her confidence, and most important made fitness part of her lifestyle
