About Me

Hi, my name is Morgan. I'm a French former professional rugby player, I played for more than ten years and I'm so glad to have been able to make my childhood dream come true!

Two years ago, I ended my athlete career and I sought new challenges. That's why I decided to come to the US.

I've launched this new venture to integrate my personal goals and skills with the great energy radiating throughout New-York and its health-conscious population.

I got my personal trainer certification (ISSA certified - CPR/AED certified) and I'm glad to share all the skills I've learned throughout my athlete career.

Whether you need to get toned, lose weight or improve your flexibility I'll help you find the better way to reach your goal!

What to Expect

A typical training sessions lasts about one hour.
It starts by the warm-up that includes mobility and core stabilization exercises.
Then, the main part of the session depends on my client's needs. It's mostly based on functional training.
Short cardio time for the end of the session and finally cool down period.

Client Success Story

The client success story which I'm the most proud is about a man with very rounded and locked shoulders. Because of his job, he spent so much time in front of his computer than he finally adopted a very bad posture.
So we first focused on his shoulder mobility and then, we strengthened the weak parts of his upper back. After 2 months and lot of work, his posture is a way better! But things never happen by themselves and it's a real pleasure to work with him because he's such dedicated!
