About Me

I have a bachelor's of science in exercise physiology from the University of Florida. I am currently pursuing my doctorate in chiropractic medicine from Palmer College of Chiropractic. I have 6 years of personal training and group coaching experience. I have worked with athletes, general fitness clients, and special populations.

What to Expect

Our first session would be an assessment/evaluation and light workout to examine the client's goals, as well as strengths and weaknesses. I will then develop a program that is specifically tailored toward you and your needs. Each session will be a progression towards the client's ultimate fitness goals.

For a year, I worked with an elderly woman with severe scoliosis. With consistent training for posture and balance, she was able to get strong enough that she did not need drugs or surgery to manage her condition.
