Hi! My name is Morgan and I have HUGE passion for helping people reach their fitness goals. I am a certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have my B.S. in Exercise Science from Towson University. I have experience in athletic performance training, Muay Thai, kickboxing, hypertrophy training, and much more. I have worked with a multitude of clients ranging in age and fitness levels (even some with specific constraints, injuries, and medical conditions) and accommodate to the needs of each of one to a tea. Warm up static and dynamic stretches are first. Depending on the clients goals, exercises may very but most of the time surround major compound lifts. I also incorporate boxing and kickboxing as well. Followed by a cool down at the end of the workout.
