My priority is not just to help you reach your immediate fitness goals, but to allow you to do so while preserving your joints and correcting what has been disrupted by the 21st century lifestyle. Our work is not just limited to exercise and/or nutrition planning but is also to educate you to become conscious of your body throughout your busy day. An ideal session of mine involves a sufficient warm-up, a targeted exercise scheme with delicate attention towards correct biomechanics, and a brief cool down. The exercise takes into consideration your specific inhibitions and aims to awaken long-forgotten areas of the body so you become a stronger and more capable being. We will be talking continuously in-between the exercises — this will make our personalized workouts akin to a classroom session.
A pair of friends wanted to step their squat game up and tone up their legs and core.
