I have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, am an ACSM certified personal trainer and a certified precision nutrition coach. My areas of expertise are strength training, nutrition coaching, weight loss, wellness, new to fitness, marathons, weightlifting and running. I got into fitness after becoming a runner. With my medical issues, traveling to a trainer was not practical at the time I signed up with Missy. She came to my house and has been wonderful helping me through specific and progressively more intense exercises get my strength back. Because of my medical issues I could hardly walk up stairs. Additionally I was very depressed because of my illnesses and age. With her bubbly spirit she helped me renew my energy and my will to get stronger. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

I am a senior citizen with limited organized exercise history. Sessions were 60min of low impact exercise which targeted most of the major muscle groups from full body stretching to shoulder, arm, abs, legs, balance, posture, body alignment and breathing.
Very professional, organized, and knowledgeable! Low Impact and perfectly tailored to exactly what my exercise abilities are! She was very cognizant of my limitations and strengths. Missy knows her clients' struggles well! She allows me to feel that "we" are in this together as she, too, has had difficulty establishing healthy eating habits. There is no shaming from Missy--she's very supportive and great with positive reinforcement. Her workouts and the program she uses is intentional in every aspect, and she follows up regularly with me. Missy has even loaned me a workout bench to facilitate my home workout!
