National Academy of Sports Medicine
We will begin with an intitial consultation, where you tell me more where you've been in your fitness journey and your goals of moving forward. An assessment is next, where blood pressure, heart rate, and some general movement screening is done. This gives me a better vision of where to start your programming. A training session would focus on key compound movement patterns: the squat, hip hinge, pushing, and pressing. In between each movement pattern set, there may be either a core exercise or a corrective exercise. The last portion of your session will be dedicated to ramping up your cardiovascular system, to give you a quick metabolic burn.
Elisa Broncono: "I was able to workout with Miranda when she was just beginning to set up her PT career. We worked one on one and it was amazing. She learned my stamina and weight levels within the first few workouts and designed and modified routines so that I could accomplish without failure or fatigue. She helped me see what muscles were being targeted for each exercise so I could feel Iw as doing it right. I also loved that Miranda always have modifiers if there was ever a need for it. I would recommend Miranda for everyone! People wanting to get healthy but knowing where to start, people who are looking to work specific muscle groups, Miranda can build a routine for you!"
