My primary training focus is on various principles of weight training to overcome plateaus that many people experience after spending years in the gym with very little progress. I will personally help you transform your body by combining a strategic custom in-person training that will push you to new heights and challenge your body to become stronger and more aesthetic. My initial motive to begin training with Minh was to improve what I saw in my mirror, and this will sound very cliché to say but less than two weeks into my training sessions I realized it was all about how I felt not how I looked. Although I have always been very athletic this is the first time that I have ever tried weight training, and it is a game changer. I am feeling stronger both physically as well as mentally. It has transformed my outlook on how I care for my inner temple. Minh is very well versed within the human anatomy, honest, energetic, and someone who will not push you beyond boundaries but instead allows you to take yourself to limits that you never could conceive.
