About Me

Being involved in so many sports since a very young age motivated me to learn more about fitness and nutrition. My lifestyle eventually became my career. I received my degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences, then got certified as a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Nutrition Specialist and Life Coach. I have been in the fitness industry for eight plus years and currently reside in San Diego working with female clients.

I had a client who needed to lose 15 lbs, eat better, drink less alcohol and quit smoking before getting pregnant. Within three months of personal training and having health coaching sessions with me, she was able to reach her goal weight, changed her eating habits, took control over her drinking and quit smoking. Currently she is a healthy mother, at a healthy weight and still doesn't smoke.
