About Me

Hi, my name is Miles. I graduated in communication studies from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. I am currently a personal Trainer at Club EA in Redwood shores and I have prior experience as a personal trainer at the Riekes Center for Human Enhancement in Menlo Park. Although I have been out of college for some time, I have a fitness philosophy that inspires a continuation of learning current trends in physical activities and exercises. I have an insatiable appetite for exploring new realms in fitness. I graduated in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. What to Expect

Every session will begin with a warmup that mimics the movements that will be performed later in the session. Depending on the goals of the client the exercises chosen for the session will vary.
