About Me

As the Fitness Director and personal trainer at 500 FIT, I enjoy pushing clients to be their best by setting an example in my own personal fitness. I'm here to support, encourage, and motivate my clients in order to get the results they wish to achieve while maintaining a positive, fun environment. I also offer In Home Personal Training to Winston-Salem and the surrounding area.

It is my job to educate and coach you specific to your needs and goals; both physically and nutritionally, while instilling discipline and values for optimal wellness.

I am an Appalachian State graduate and of course, a big enthusiast of Mountaineer football. I love all sports and anything active or outdoors. I’m also an avid Skins, Celtics, and Heels fan.

Functional training to optimize goals in weight loss, strength conditioning and overall well being.

TRX movements, body weight exercises, resistance band and core work, kettlebell and free weights.
