Hi, my name is Mike. I have been a personal trainer for the last 4 years in multiple different gyms/homes around New Jersey and Philadelphia. My goal is to make sure you reach yours. I am not the type of personal trainer that you see on TV yelling at their clients, my approach is much more laid back. This approach has helped me provide the type of setting that over 100 current or previous clients have found comfortable yet challenging, enjoyable yet taxing, and most of all FUN. I love using my personal TRX to show beginner exercises for those new to training all the way up to advanced techniques to push athletes into using muscles they didnt know they had. There is nothing we cant hit with the TRX
My favorite client success story was a 55 year old female that we will call Kay. The first time I met Kay she had absolutely no intent on training and was only there to walk on the treadmill while her husband did his rehab. She was VERY shy and it took about a month of getting her to open up to me. She revealed that she suffered from major depression, severe anxiety, high blood pressure, and was very close to being diagnosed with diabetes. Her starting weight was 155 pounds at 5 feet tall and her blood pressure was routinely measured at 150/95. After 6 months of hard work and overcoming fear after fear Kay was a completely different woman. 130 pounds and finally off of her blood pressure meds with a consistent reading of 120/80
